Attorney Dean Xenick came to the firm in 2010 with over a decade of experience. He practices in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, insurance bad faith litigation, legal malpractice, construction litigation, and complex commercial litigation. He is a former partner in one of the oldest insurance defense firms in Florida, which gives him a unique advantage in handling plaintiffs' cases.
Mr. Xenick earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and received his Bachelor of Arts degree in C
riminology, cum laude, also from the University of Florida. He is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida, as well as the United States 11th Circuit Court of Appeals and all Florida state courts.
Mr. Xenick is an active member of the Florida Justice Association; the Palm Beach County Bar Association - the Young Lawyers and North County Sections and the Judicial Relations Committee; co-chair of the 2013 Palm Beach County Bench/Bar Conference; the Palm Beach County Justice Association; The Florida Bar; and Craig S. Barnard Inns of Court. In Addition, Mr. Xenick has been selected a "Rising Star" by Super Lawyers magazine and one of Florida Trend Magazine's "Florida Legal 2012 Elite Up & Comers."
