Burman, Critton, Luttier & Coleman Partners Named Florida Legal Elite 2011
West Palm Beach, FL – The law firm of Burman, Critton, Luttier & Coleman is pleased to announce that firm partners J. Michael Burman, Gregory W. Coleman and Michael J. Pike have been recognized as Florida Legal Elite 2011 by Florida Trend magazine.
The Legal Elite selection process if rigorous. It begins with an invitation to all members of The Florida Bar to provide the names for Florida Lawyers they hold in the highest regard - lawyers they have worked with personally or would recommend to others. The votes were tallied by and independent research firm and a Blue Ribbon Panel of prominent lawyers reviewed the list of attorneys who garnered the most votes. Honorees will be recognized in a special report in the July 2011 issue of Florida Trend magazine.
For more than 39 years, attorney J. Michael Burman has been recognized as one of the nation’s leading lawyers. He is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell and included in their Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers. He has earned Florida Bar Board Certification, the highest level of recognition by The Florida Bar for the competency and experience of a civil trial attorney and is certified as a Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.
Gregory W. Coleman has been practicing in Palm Beach County for over 20 years. His practice is devoted to the areas of complex commercial litigation, personal injury, wrongful death and employment litigation. Mr. Coleman has been actively involved within the Florida legal community, serving as president of the Young Lawyers Division of both The Florida Bar and the Palm Beach County Bar Association. He served as president of the Palm Beach County Bar Association, at the time being the youngest person to serve in the position. As one of only four elected representatives from the 15th Judicial Court, Mr. Coleman currently sits on the prestigious Florida Bar Board of Governors.
Michael Pike has been with the firm for more than six years and has over eight years of experience in personal injury, wrongful death, bad faith insurance litigation, and complex commercial litigation. He is an active member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association, The Florida Justice Association and sits on the Executive Board of the Palm Beach County Justice Association. Mr. Pike has published several articles, and has lectured before professional trial organizations and law schools. He earned both his Bachelor’s degree and his Law degree from the University of Florida.
