BCLC013_Daniel_2010.jpgAttorney Daniel Lustig’s practice focuses on personal injury, wrongful death and complex commercial litigation. Mr. Lustig moved to Palm Beach County from Costa Rica at age 15. During law school, Mr. Lustig was a member and coach of the school’s International Commercial Arbitration team. Mr. Lustig also represented low income clients in commercial and criminal law matters as a New Hampshire Supreme Court certified student attorney. He graduated from law school with a Juris Doctorate degree and a Master’s of Laws in Intellectual property.

Mr. Lustig clerked in a law firm in Coral Gables, Florida, where he assisted the partners in a complex commercial litigation case in Federal Court involving The Trump Towers, and in the drafting of opinions related to potential copyright and trademark infringement disputes. Mr. Lustig also clerked for a staff legal counsel office of Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, where he gained significant experience defending personal injury, products liability, premises liability and workers compensation cases on behalf of the insurance company.

In 2008, Mr. Lustig started representing individuals in cases involving injuries sustained as a result of auto accidents, and injuries sustained as a result of a defective product, or due to defects or dangerous conditions in privately owned properties. While working in civil practice, Mr. Lustig was appointed Special Assistant State Attorney in Palm Beach County in 2009, where he represented the State of Florida in criminal cases.

Mr. Lustig is admitted to practice in all Florida courts and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. He is an active member of the American Bar Association, The Florida Bar, the Young Lawyers Section of the Palm Beach County Bar Association, the Palm Beach County Hispanic Bar Association and the Palm Beach County Justice Association.
