A Palm Beach County resident for more than 37 years, Mr. Benavente's focus is on personal injury, wrongful death, products liability and medical malpractice cases. He has more than 16 years of experience as a paralegal/investigator helping the injured. Mr. Benavente previously served as a claims specialists/negotiator with Allstate Insurance Company for Palm Beach County. He has extensive experience investigating and providing litigation support, especially in personal injury and wrongful death claims. Fluent in Spanish and English, Mr. Benavente is proud of his work within the area's Hispanic community. He is a member of the Paralegal Association of Florida, Palm Beach County Justice Association, the Florida Justice Association, Plaintiff's Paralegal Association of Palm Beach County, National Association of Legal Assistants, Palm Beach County Literacy Coalition, and the Cuban American Club. Mr. Benavente received his B.S. in International Affairs and Economics in 1987.
Jessica Cadwell

Jessica Cadwell joined the firm in 2009. With a B.A. in Psychology from the University of South Florida and a B.A. in Criminal Justice from Florida Atlantic University, she pursued a career in criminal justice. After working as a Certified Probation and Parole Officer, she later worked as a paralegal in a prestigious criminal defense firm. As a Florida Registered Paralegal, Ms. Cadwell, focuses on civil litigation and personal injury, serving as a Certified Legal Assistant. She is a member of the National Association of Legal Assistants and Palm Beach County Paralegal Association of Florida, as well as licensed notary public.
Bobbie McKenna

Bobbie McKenna joined the Firm in 1989 and works primarily in the areas of complex and general commercial litigation, insurance litigation, legal malpractice, personal injury and wrongful death. Ms. McKenna was instrumental in the development of Our Sister's Place, Inc., a nonprofit organization benefiting women and children of domestic violence, where she is presently on the board of directors. Ms. McKenna graduated from Mt. Aloysius Junior College with an Associate's degree and earned a paralegal degree from the American Institute for Paralegal Studies in 1981.
Ashlie Stoken-Baring

Ashlie Stoken-Baring began working for the firm in 2008. She began her professional career working in Los Angeles in marketing and advertising for nationally recognized artists in the entertainment industry. Mrs. Stoken-Baring relocated to Hawaii and began studying for a paralegal certificate which she ultimately obtained in Florida. For the last ten years, she has worked as a paralegal for high end litigation firms in South Florida focusing on complex commercial litigation cases. Mrs. Stoken-Baring is a Florida Registered Paralegal, a member of the Florida Justice Association and Palm Beach County Justice Association. She is also very active in her community Church and volunteers for several organizations.

Betty Stokes, who joined the firm in 2004, has more than 30 years of legal experience in several different areas of law. She assists Attorney Gregory W. Coleman with complex commercial litigation, personal injury, and employment and insurance company bad faith cases. She is a member of the Palm Beach County Justice Association and the Florida Justice Association. Ms. Stokes attended Northeastern Illinois University in Chicago.
