Attorney Rita Budnyk has been associated with Burman, Critton, Luttier & Coleman for more than 17 years and continues her legal work with the Firm in an of-counsel capacity. Her areas of practice include insurance coverage litigation, commercial litigation, personal injury, international torts, and contracts, with an emphasis on all aspects of legal research and writing, including the drafting of litigation motions and support legal memorandum.
A Palm Beach County native, Ms. Budnyk has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1989. She is also a member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association and is admitted to practice in the Southern and Middle District Courts of Florida.
She is actively involved in her community's youth sports programs and her children's school, volunteering countless hours. Ms. Budnyk received her undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame in 1985 before earning a J.D. from the University of Florida College of Law in 1988. She is married to Marty Domenech, with whom they raise three sons.
